Quick & Easy Ravioli | Chefs At Heart

around 1.5 liters of boiled water in a kettle
2 packages of ravioli or tortellini, for this I used some Ravioli from Kibsons but most likely my favourite so far are the Goat’s Cheese & Spinach Tortellini from Carrefour
- Step 2: Prepare The Sauce In Parallel | 3 mins
250 ml of plant based cream, used Alpro Soya
2 teaspoons of ready made Basil pesto, used Sacla
1/2 a lemon juice
1/4 cup of ground almonds

- Step 2: Prepare The Sauce In Parallel | 3 mins
In a small pan mix the cream with 2 tsp of basil pesto or tomato pesto, with 1/2 a lemon juice and 1/4 cup of ground almonds. - Step 4: Enjoy!
Notes
- You don’t have pesto? blend some fresh herbs such as coriander or parsley with some garlic and some olive oil
- You don’t have cream? make a home made white sauce/béchamel sauce – search for the recipe
