Homemade Turkey Bolognese Sauce | Chefs At Heart

Traditional | but modernised

Try this version of Homemade Turkey Bolognese Sauce sauce that is lighter in calories and flavoursome and really easy to make.

The main players of this recipe are

  • Turkey
  • Tomatoes
  • White wine
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Cinnamon

Why does that qualify as a cheat meal?

Because I do tend to make it in bulk in one go i.e. by using a large casserole and 1.5 kg of turkey (adjust the recipe accordingly) and then either modify it slightly i.e. to add dry mint, lime leaves and risotto rice to convert it into a vine leave stuffing or simply store it in food bags into the freezer to have an amazing pasta dish in less than 15 mins.
