We were told from her nursery that Faye has a nice selection of healthy & yummy food, so thought to share it to inspire you with an example of this & the logic around it 🙏

🍱YOGURT SUCKIE
✅Usually it’s yogurt with fruits in the blender
.
.
❌I generally AVOID getting READYMADE fruit yogurts as that are normally loaded with sugar ie some have even 5 TBS (20 gr) of sugar in 150 gr! However, this suckie is convenient for when at the nursey.

🍱 DICED FRUITS
Usually it’s a selection of fruits

Today it had some

⭐️ pear

🍱MEAL 🥘
Usually it’s pasta with a home made sauce or legumes or an omelette/scrabbled eggs 🍳

Today have prepared scrabbled eggs with cheddar cheese & a splash of olive oil.
💡 TIP

⭐️Try to be creative with your toddlers food 🥘
In this meal i have used my cookie cutters to make beautiful tortilla & cucumber 🥒 flowers 🌺 This creative can also be applicable to a grownup’s food.

⭐️Try to eat different colours of the rainbow 🌈 fruit, as each colour indicates/contains different vitamins & nutrients ❤️
