ABOUT ME IN A SNAPSHOT...

The purpose of this section is to inspire you with some of my favourite combos

NB

I personally do not like buttercream that much. So in my cakes, I do tend to wrap them up with white or milk chocolate ganache and/or fluffy fondant, whereas when it comes to the filling I prefer using cream cheese such as mascarpone or chocolate ganache again. If you prefer using buttercream, please do let me know.

In addition, I do not like excess of sugar. So in my cakes I do tend to build them up with less sugar than the classic recipes use and people say that my versions are more balanced and the sugar does not overshadow the flavour. Sugar ie fondant, is used, for decorating the cake instead and therefore, this can be removable.

My standard cakes are normally 3 to 4 layers & are stored in a nice boxA luxury box option exists at an additional cost. A cake topper option exists at an additional cost.

Cake modelling is a creative process. I do require you to inspire me with colours and designs. I do prefer doing my own designs, based on what you have supplied.

When placing an order, a non refundable deposit will be asked to be paid in advance.
