We were told from her nursery that Faye has a nice selection of healthy & yummy food, so thought to share it to inspire you with an example of this & the logic around it 🙏

🍱YOGURT SUCKIE
✅Usually it’s yogurt with fruits in the blender
.
Today it had
⭐️ 3-4 frozen strawberries 🍓
⭐️ 1/2 banana 🍌
⭐️ 4-5 TBS of yogurt
⭐️ a splash of maple syrup
.
❌I AVOID getting READYMADE fruit yogurts as that are normally loaded with sugar ie some have even 5 TBS (20 gr) of sugar in 150 gr!

🍱 DICED FRUITS
Usually it’s a selection of fruits

Today it had some
⭐️ nectarines 🍑
⭐️ blackberries 🫐
⭐️ strawberries 🍓

🍱MEAL 🥘
Usually it’s pasta with a home made sauce or legumes or an omelette/scrabbled eggs 🍳
.
Today have prepared pennes with white sauce & a splash of white truffle infused oil.
