Ingredients – FOR THE CAKE
- Step 1: Mix Butter & Sugar Well | 10 mins
250 gr of unsalted butter, use Beurre D’Isigny
300 gr golden sugar
- Step 2: Add Eggs Into Step 1 | 2 mins
Add 3 eggs, 1 by 1 and mix well for another minute or 2
85 ml of Baileys
- Step 3: Add the dry ingredients to the mixture
500 gr of Al Bakers Patent Flour, sifted
1 sachet of vanilla sugar or 1 tsp of vanilla essence
3 tsp of BP

500 gr mascarpone
250 gr Philadelphia cheese
100 gr whipped cream
50 gr of icing sugar, sifted
1 sachet of vanilla
some roasted hazelnuts in small chunks for the filling and maybe some more for the decoration
some caramel for the filling
