In this version, I used some brownie trimmings as a base. You can use nuts, crashed biscuits or nothing at all.

Ingredients

  • 250 gr Philadelphia cheese

  • Peach Yogurt 125 gr – used Rachel’s Organic Yogurt

  • 30 gr whipped cream + 180 gr White Chocolate, melted in the microwave

  • 30 – 60 ml of Mastiha Liqueur – used Skinos ❤️

  • some fresh peaches/nectarines in cubes

  • some roasted almonds – cut in big chucks

  • some maple syrup
