Upcycling | sometimes gets you somewhere better
The cake trimmings from a brownie caked turned to something even better.
I trimmed them into smaller pieces and added a generous splash ~100ml of my favourite Alpro Soya Creme and let it rest and to be absorbed for some time. And then turned them into brownie balls instead.
The result is even better: a brownie & hazelnuts in a shot. Pure bliss. ā¤ļø
