Breakfast Ideas | To Keep You Happy, Motivated & Healthy
It’s our ritual to sit all together and start our day with a nice breakfast. We try to differentiate the breakfasts that we have during the weekdays to the ones that we have in the weekends. During the weekdays we have something nice, healthy & quick while at the weekends we put some more time & effort to make something more special.
Timewise, we spend less than 15 mins to prepare the weekday breakfast meals whereas 30+ mins for the weekend breakfast meals.
Have you noticed that when feeling hungry you are more vulnerable to obey to your negative emotions? Why not starting your day with some positivity and healthy stomach fillers? Stomach fillers can help to calm down negative emotions.
So what I try to do during the week is to use similar ingredients but make different versions of dishes for more excitement and variation. For example, if I am using oats, I will mix different ingredients in one day and some others in another day.
