Ingredients

  • Step 1: Wash & dice/slice the vegetables
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled & sliced

  • 1 vine tomato, diced

  • 2 spring onions, diced

  • 30 gr of feta cheese, diced in cubes

  • Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients
  • some dry mint

  • splash of vinegar i.e. cider or malt or white balsamic

  • splash of olive oil

  • Step 0: Gather Ingredients & Utensils
    – a large bowl
    – a board
    – a good knife
    – a peeler
  • Step 1: Wash and dice the vegetables
    Be creative – in this picture I ve used the peeler to cut the cucumber in lengthy and thin slices
  • Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients
    – Add the remaining ingredients
    – Give it a good mix
    – Tip: Always rub in your hands the dry herbs prior adding those in the recipe. That activated the essential oils and make your recipe more fragrant.
  • Step 3: Enjoy
    Enjoy on its own or as a side dish
