Ingredients

  • Step 1: Cut In Cubes/Pieces
  • 2 vine tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 40 gr – 50 gr Feta – recommend Olympus or Kolios 200gr from Carrefour

  • Step 2: Then Add The Remaining Ingredients
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil – used Ladinio Cretan Olive Oil from Kibsons

  • 1 tablespoon of White Balsamic Vinegar – Lorena from Carrefour

  • some dry mint or some dry oregano

  • Step 1: Cut In Cubes/Pieces
    Cut feta, tomatoes and cucumber in cubes/small pieces
  • Step 2: Then Add The Remaining Ingredients
    Tip: when adding dry herbs, do rub them in your hand to activate their essential oils
  • Step 3: Enjoy!
