1 cucumber
40 gr – 50 gr Feta – recommend Olympus or Kolios 200gr from Carrefour
- Step 2: Then Add The Remaining Ingredients
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 tablespoon of olive oil – used Ladinio Cretan Olive Oil from Kibsons
1 tablespoon of White Balsamic Vinegar – Lorena from Carrefour
some dry mint or some dry oregano

Cut feta, tomatoes and cucumber in cubes/small pieces - Step 2: Then Add The Remaining Ingredients
Tip: when adding dry herbs, do rub them in your hand to activate their essential oils - Step 3: Enjoy!
